Shadow FA for a Day
Frederica Academy welcomes admission applicants to experience an on-campus “Shadow Visit” as an exciting portion of the admission process. These visits are designed to provide a prospective student with a unique opportunity to try out FA for a day.
The prospective student will be paired with a current Frederica student in the same grade with similar interests and hobbies. For students applying to the 9th grade, visitors have the opportunity to shadow either with their peers in 8th grade, or shadow in the 9th grade to experience school life in the Upper School. Regardless of the grade, visitors experience a full day of the engaging and enriching educational opportunities that are the hallmark of student and academic life at Frederica Academy.
Shadow Visits should be scheduled on a day when Frederica Academy is in session and free of special events or testing. To schedule your child’s shadow visit, contact Helen Rentz, Director of Admission, at 912.638.9981 ext. 106 or via email to helenrentz@fredericaacademy.org.
