Registrar Responsibilities

1. Maintain accurate academic records for grades K-12:

  • Report Cards

  • Transcripts

  • Standardized Test Scores

2. Issue work permits
 
3. Verify student grades for purposes such as driver’s insurance
 
4. Provide records when requested by parents or school of transfer
 
5. Withdrawal of students

Information needed by the Registrar when applying for admissions to Frederica Academy is listed by division.

Lower School

Note - Pre-K and K students may not require transcript or test scores

  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Transcript from previous school(s)
  • All standardized test scores
  • Current psychological evaluation (if applicable)
  • Immunization record
  • Eye, Ear evaluation
  • Attendance record for previous year
  • Discipline report (if applicable)

Middle and Upper Schools

  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of social security card
  • Transcript from previous school for the previous two years (for US, complete transcript, including any courses taken in MS for high school credit)
  • Standardized test scores from previous two years
  • Attendance from previous year
  • Discipline Report
  • Current psychological evaluation (if applicable)
  • Immunization record
