The Lady Knights defeated Edmund Burke 36-30 to capture the second straight Region 2-AA championship and #1 seed entering the GISA State Tournament.  To see the team's feature article in The Brunswick News, click here.

 

The State Tournament begins this Wednesday, February 15, when the Lady Knights play in the first round against the #4 seed, Brookwood, at Terrell Academy at 7:00 p.m. On Thursday, February 16, the Varsity Boys' Team will play the #2 seed, Southwest Georgia, at Terrell Academy at 5:30 p.m.

 

In addition, congratulations to the players who made the All-Region Team! The students include: Sam Heery, Khari Pressley, Malcolm Mann, Eli Yarborough, Elzandri Groenewald, Claire Angelich, Mary Ellen Shuman, and Ann Marie Slaton. Also, Randy Rogers is the Girls Region Coach of the Year!
