My Frederica is a community of concerned and committed parents who share similar values and expectations for their children. Here all three of our children are challenged in the classroom and have the opportunity to enjoy the physical, emotional and social benefits of playing on an athletic team. Having a student in the elementary, middle and upper school of Frederica Academy provides a great sense of connectivity and continuity. Hayden, Curran and Garrett love being at school together and, as parents, we are relieved not to be torn between schools, leaving more time to actively participate in their academic experiences; their community service projects; and their sporting events. As different as they can be, our children are recognized for their individual strengths and needs. In addition to developing critical study habits and time management skills, our children are developing lifelong friendships, a true sense of self and purpose and a powerful understanding of the importance of being a part of something bigger than themselves.
