At Frederica, we believe that every family should have the opportunity to apply to Frederica Academy for a strong independent school education. Because of this, Frederica makes available grants to qualified students who demonstrate academic promise and financial need as funding is available. To apply for financial assistance:
- Complete the Parents Financial Statement (PFS) online (www.nais.org). Instructions are included as you complete the process. A $49 online processing fee is required. A calculation of need is then prepared and sent back to the school. You may do this online at http://sssbynais.org/parents.
- Also, please submit a digital copy of your family’s CURRENT Federal Tax form 1040 and all supporting schedules to the Admission Office. If the student’s parents are divorced, both must submit financial documentation. All Financial Aid paperwork is due by February 28th, no exceptions.
- Requests after the deadline will be considered for minimal assistance only if funds are available.
Note: Frederica Academy’s Financial Aid is “need blind” and does not play a role in the decision making process for admission.
